While you are at the event, you will likely visit one or more exhibitors at their stands or attend a session sponsored by an exhibitor. By allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor, the exhibitor will have access to your name and contact information which you provided during this registration process in order for them to follow up with you post event.
If you do not want your details passed on, you should refrain from having your badge scanned by exhibitors.
Your badge will also be scanned at the main entrance to the event upon your arrival. This scan of your badge is for analytical purposes only and no data is transferred to any other parties.
